If your PlantLab is running 2025 or older software, use the one-time USB installer below to update it to the current firmware. After this update, future updates can be installed wirelessly through the GBE Connect app. If the PlantLab is connected to Wi-Fi, future updates will install automatically.

Get the GBE Connect app
GBE Connect is the easiest way to set up your PlantLab, connect it to Wi-Fi, adjust your light recipe, and keep firmware current.
GBE Connect and your PlantLab firmware are released together, so both need to be up to date to work with each other.
